Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are looking for a full charge bookkeeper to work in client offices. This person must be proficient in QuickBooks, Word and Excel. A minimum of 2 years experience as a full charge bookkeeper is required.

This is a part-time position of approximately 16 hours a week to start. Hours can be fairly flexible. We are looking for a person who is detail oriented and able to work with a variety of businesses and business owners. Expertise in payroll processing and payroll regulations a plus. Responsibilities include data entry, A/R, A/P, payroll, cash flows, quarterly tax returns and monthly financial statements.
