1. $15 for State of Washington Master Business License
2. City of Kirkland Business License Fee: business license fees for the City of Kirkland are comprised of the following:
1. $100 Base Fee
2. $100 per Full Time Employee or "Full Time Employee Equivalent
Business that receive less than $12,000 in annual gross revenue are exempt from the Full Time Employee Fee but are still required to pay a $50 base fee.

Business owners must already have a State of Washington Master Business which they may apply for in one of three ways:

1. Complete and submit the form online at the Washington Department of Revenue website
2. Print and complete the Business License Application from the Washington Department of Revenue website and mail the completed form and required fee to:

3. File at one of several other business licensing locations in the state of Washington

After procuring a State of Washington Master Business License, business owners may download and complete the appropriate City if Kirkland business license application form from the City of Kirkland website.

1. Businesses located within the city limits complete the City of Kirkland Application for Business License form
2. Businesses located outside the city limits complete the City of Kirkland Business License Application for Businesses Located Outside Kirkland City Limits form

• Business owners must submit their completed applications, along with the appropriate fee, either in person or via mail to: Business License Division, Kirkland City Hall, 123 5th Avenue, Kirkland, WA 98033. (There is no option for online submission of the City of Kirkland Business License Application at this time.)
